GENERAL REGULATIONS

  • Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to all government and property regulations regarding safety and disease prevention.
  • Valid Identification: All guests must present valid identification upon check-in, as required by local laws.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed within the apartment or building premises.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in designated areas and/or on the balcony. Violations will result in a cleaning fee to restore the unit to its original condition.
  • Respectful Behavior: Maintain proper conduct in public areas. Respect the "first come, first served" principle, give priority to pregnant women, the disabled, and the elderly. Avoid loud noises and shouting. Do not put feet on chairs or engage in other disrespectful behavior in public areas. Supervise children in public spaces.
  • Valuables: Store valuables securely. SQL is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings if guests do not follow these rules.
  • Leaving the Apartment: When leaving the apartment, ensure that (i) all electrical appliances are switched off, (ii) the apartment door is securely locked, and (iii) the access card is not given to others.
  • BBQ Requests: Any requests for BBQs in the building garden or apartment grounds must be notified and registered with the Building Management. SQL is not responsible for food safety or hygiene issues arising from self-catering within the building/apartment.
  • Food Restrictions: Do not bring strong-smelling fruits or food (durian, jackfruit, fermented fish sauce, etc.) into the apartment.
  • Prohibited Items: Do not bring any weapons, chemicals, or explosives into the apartment at any time.
  • Damage Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment's furnishings or equipment.
  • Illegal Activities: All illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the apartment, including but not limited to gambling, prostitution, drug use, and fighting. Guests are fully responsible before Vietnamese law and SQL for any violations.
  • Visitors: Visitors must be approved by SQL staff, and the registered guest must personally escort them to the apartment. Overnight guests must register with SQL and pay applicable fees (unless previously agreed upon).
  • Pool Hours: Adhere to the property's pool operating hours (subject to change due to weather or seasonality). Guests using the pool outside of these hours do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for their safety and well-being, without any recourse against SQL. Pool hours are set by the Building Management.
  • Appropriate Attire: Dress appropriately in public areas, especially in common areas like the lobby, to show respect for other cultures. Nudity is strictly prohibited, including for children.
  • Additional Procedures: Follow any other procedures required by SQL and local authorities regarding accommodation at any given time.
  • Non-Compliance: Building Management and SQL may request guests to leave the apartment without any refund for deliberate violations of these rules and regulations.
  • Noise Regulations: After 10:00 PM, TV volume should not exceed 50%. Do not play loud music or engage in loud conversations to maintain a peaceful environment. Noise will be considered excessive if other residents are disturbed or inconvenienced.
